Choose the office that matches the custody stage or kind of record:
- For a local booking record or photograph, follow the records-request steps on the home guide, then ask the sheriff for the existing record.
- For warrant questions, use the official routes described on Most Wanted Fugitives. A web search cannot clear a warrant.
- For a recent arrest or IC 5-14-3-5 daily-log entry, begin with the sheriff or arresting agency and use the home page's recent-arrest path.
- For present local custody or release, call Benton County Jail. Indiana SAVIN/VINELink offers custody notifications but is not a booking-photo service.
- For a filed criminal case or final disposition, search Indiana MyCase and contact the Benton County Clerk when a certified record is needed.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Indiana Department of Correction offender locator. Its public locator does not display a portrait.
